Seller's program account number is SSU-R012794717.* - **Florida** - **Georgia** - **Michigan** - **New Jersey** - **North Carolina** - **Ohio** - **South Carolina** - **Texas** - **Virginia** - **Wyoming** If your shipping address is in one of these states, sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout. ### **Canada** We are required to collect and remit sales tax (GST/HST) on all orders shipped to Canada. All orders shipped to Canada are duty-paid (DDP). This means you will *not be charged additional duties, customs fees, or import charges* when your order is delivered. All taxes and delivery fees are collected up-front at checkout. ### **Ordering from Amazon** Konnected products are available on Amazon in the U.S. and Canada. Amazon orders are subject to Amazon's sales tax policies. ### **Tax-Exempt Orders (Resellers and Organizations)** Resellers or tax-exempt organizations can request tax-exempt status before placing an order. Please email a valid resale certificate or tax-exemption certificate to **help@konnected.io** with "Tax exemption" in the subject line. ⚠️ **Important:** Tax-exempt status must be approved *before* your order is placed.
