Most orders placed directly from Konnected will ship from or main location in Orlando, Florida, United States of America. We fulfill orders several times per week from this location.

Our more popular items (conversion kits, batteries) may ship from an Amazon warehouse in the United States using Amazon's fulfillment services if we can get the items to you faster and more efficiently that way.

If you've purchased from Amazon or any of our third-party resellers, shipping is handled by the reseller.
