    When will my order ship?

    We do our best to ship all in-stock items within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, except for U.S. holidays and postal holidays.

    Do you offer FREE shipping?

    Yes! Orders totaling at least $59 and shipped to addresses in the United States ship free! (Liquidation sale items are excluded from free shipping)

    What shipping methods are used for free shipping?

    Most orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped by USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail, or UPS SurePost. Orders that contain a backup battery will ship by UPS for no additional charge.

    Is expedited shipping available?

    Yes. For an additional charge, you can receive your items faster by selecting USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail express, or UPS 2-day or Next Day Air at checkout. Please note that it will still take 1 to 2 business days to process and ship your order, and the estimated transit times shown do not include processing time. 

    NOTE: Orders containing backup batteries can only ship via UPS Ground.

    How do I track my shipment?

    All items shipped by Konnected will have a tracking number. You'll automatically receive an email with tracking information as soon as your shipping label is generated. Use the link in your order confirmation email or shipping notification email to track your shipment.

    I received a shipping notification, but the tracking information isn't updated yet.

    It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to show up on the USPS and UPS websites. If it's a weekend or holiday, tracking information may not appear until late in the evening on the next business day after the weekend/holiday.

    Can I pick up my order in person?

    No, sorry. At this time, we are not set up for in-person purchases or pickup.

    I missed a delivery and received a notice or email to reschedule delivery.

    Go to the USPS redelivery website. Do not email us.

    I received a delivery notification, but I can't find the package.

    Check your mailbox. Our packages are small and often are delivered with the regular mail. If you still can't find it, contact us.

    Where does the product ship from?

    We ship from our office in Orlando, Florida, but also leverage Amazon's nationwide fulfillment network. Depending on the items in your order and current availability, your order may also ship from an Amazon warehouse via an Amazon partnered carrier.
