How to request deletion of your account or personal data.
Konnected Cloud & Mobile App
If you've signed up for an account with Konnected's mobile app and used Konnected's cloud service for connecting to SmartThings or Alexa, you have an account on Konnected Cloud. We collect some personal information such as name, email, phone number, and in some cases, physical address to provide you with the ability to log in and use our services.
