After updating the Konnected App, my devices seem to be missing!
Resolving Device Disappearance Issues: Rediscover Your Konnected Devices
More often than not, updating the Konnected App works very smoothly. When a major update to an App is released, the update can sometimes clear out a user's local storage where details of the Konnected devices are stored. Your device/s are still connected to our cloud platform and working normally with SmartThings and Alexa. This issue only affected the app discovery and device list. There is a simple fix available. Update your Konnected App to version 1.2.5 or above if available.
