Details about our flexible 60-day return policy
This policy applies to direct orders that were placed on konnected.io only. If you've purchased your product on Amazon or using Amazon's Buy With Prime, initiate your return from your Amazon account. If you purchased from a 3rd-party reseller or partner, returns are handled by the reseller.
Returns are accepted for any reason within 60 days of the carrier delivery date of your product.
We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label that you can print at home and affix to the package for return. Please save all packaging and return the items in the original packaging whenever possible.
All returns for refund are subject to a return shipping fee:

Returns containing lithium-ion battery products must be returned in the original box with the battery warning label visible and intact.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund of the price paid minus the return shipping fee. Returns are usually processed within 15 working days. However, during peak periods, it may take up to 30 working days to process your return once we receive it at our facility.
