If you've purchased your product on Amazon or using Amazon's Buy With Prime, initiate your return from your Amazon account. If you purchased from a 3rd-party reseller or partner, returns are handled by the reseller. Returns are accepted for any reason within **60 days** of the carrier delivery date of your product. **[Request a Return](https://shopify.com/20853145/account)** We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label that you can print at home and affix to the package for return. Please save all packaging and return the items in the original packaging whenever possible. #### All returns for refund are subject to a return shipping fee: | Returns from U.S. addresses up to $250 | $6.99 return shipping fee | | --- | --- | | Returns from U.S. addresses over $250 | $10.99 return shipping fee | | Returns containing Lithium-ion Batteries | $10.99 return shipping fee | | Returns from non-U.S. addresses | USD $8.99 return shipping fee |   Returns containing lithium-ion battery products **must** be returned in the original box with the battery warning label visible and intact.  Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund of the price paid **minus the return shipping fee**. Returns are usually processed within 15 working days.
